The Fitzgerald – Schedule Your Hard Hat Tour Today!

Happy Friday!  This is Dawn, the leasing and marketing manager at Prime Urban Properties. I have some great news to share! Hard hat tours are now available at The Fitzgerald, our newest property, and the best apartments can finally be seen in person. Get your pick of studio, one-bedroom, one plus den, two-bedroom, or two-bedroom plus den homes from first to fifth floor and choose between corner apartments, courtyard, or lake views. Our first tour was this week, and it was so much fun! Our newest future tenant, Nancy, applied for an apartment before the tours could begin, so she was overjoyed to get to walk through her future home. She had applied for unit 512, but when touring she decided 510 would suit her needs better. She was elated that she could make the switch (“early bird gets the worm”)!
