PUP Annual Appreciation Party

Our annual appreciation party was a smashing success!  

It was a wonderful night with our residents coming together with our dedicated staff, where names turned into friendly faces.

At Prime Urban Properties, we are deeply committed to ensuring our residents always feel valued and heard. This dedication is deeply ingrained in our corporate culture, thanks to the leadership of Jennifer Owens. Among the highlights of our resident-focused initiatives is our grand annual appreciation party.

We had the pleasure of hosting a gathering that saw residents come together to savor delectable food, expertly catered by SixChips Catering. The venue of choice was none other than our splendid Aventine community room and courtyard, which any of our residents have the availability to reserve!

Our residents were treated to the delightful musical talents of Taylor Schereck and the artistic prowess of Ryan Biddle, who brought joy to the evening with their music and captivating caricature drawings!

We had some fantastic prizes for our raffle!
