Prime Urban Properties 2nd Annual Door Decorating Contest

Starting as early as November 26th, Prime Urban Properties tenants were able to spread some holiday cheer and show off their creative talents by decorating their unit doors by December 12th.  Prime Urban Properties staff came around and judged each door that was decorated.  It was judged and scored on a scale from one to four (one being the lowest) in four categories, visual impact, completeness, originality, and theme.

There was one winner at each Prime Urban Properties location.  Tenants were also able to earn extra bonus points by doing the following:

-Including the PUP logo for 5 extra points!

-Posting a picture of your door on Facebook for 3 extra points!

-Writing a review about us on Google, Yelp, or Facebook for 3 extra points!

Prizes were also awarded to the doors with the highest number of “likes” on Facebook for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place at each PUP location.

All the winners were announced at our Prime Urban Properties Holiday Party on Thursday, December 17th. (winners needn’t be present) There was over $500 worth of prizes given away to those who won.

It was fun seeing everyone’s creativity and we were in awe with some of the ideas and executions. We look forward to doing this for years to come.
