If you report an issue on the last or first day of any month, there could be an additional day’s delay if your request is cosmetic. For work such as hanging TV mounts or heavy art, installing shelves, or any other work that could potentially damage walls or puncture water or electrical lines, contact your property manager for a Personal Maintenance Request Form.
If you have an emergency during normal business hours, please call our office at 608-233-6000. If you have an after-hours emergency, call 608-283-7845 and a technician will be dispatched by our on-call service.
